Welcome to Sometimes Wise
Sometimes Wise is a slower, more reflective space for exploring what engagement, wellbeing and fairness look like in real life and real work. It exists for people who want to think more deeply about culture, inclusion and change, and who value insight that grows over time rather than through quick fixes.
This space brings together reflections, working notes and resources that help make sense of complexity. It is not a place for polished statements or definitive answers. It is a place for steady insight, thoughtful observation and the kind of learning that emerges when ideas are allowed to settle.
You will find writing about systems in practice and what it takes to embed inclusion as a golden thread through an organisation. There are reflections on neurodivergence, menopause, wellbeing, community work and the realities of fairness. Some pieces explore the emotional texture of change including empty nest, grief and mental health. Others focus on belonging, reflective leadership and the conditions that help people show up when it feels difficult.
Alongside the writing, this space holds a growing collection of resources shaped by lived experience and community insight: book lists, templates, presentations, guides and working notes from more than a decade of practice. They are here to support stronger engagement, better decision making and more thoughtful systems.
Sometimes Wise will grow through 2026 as life allows and as the work continues to evolve. If you would like to follow along, you are welcome to connect on LinkedIn.
Thank you for being here.

“I know I still have so much to learn and so much to share. Curiosity and reflective practice are where leadership begins.”
