I’m Sarah, a Culture, Systems and Practice Consultant based in Pembrokeshire.
About Sarah
I’m Sarah Williams. I work with leaders in People, Culture and Engagement, and with organisations looking at systems, practice, and inclusion. I’m based in Pembrokeshire and work across Wales and the UK.
My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, human experience and organisational learning. I’m interested in how decisions are made, how power and responsibility show up day to day, and where systems support people well or create unnecessary friction.
Sometimes Wise brings together the strands of my work: systems and practice consultancy, reflective learning, wellbeing work, and community projects, including the Menopause Inclusion Collective.
My approach is grounded in fairness, curiosity, and the quality of conversation - creating space for thinking, listening and better judgement. I draw on community insight, lived experience and more than a decade of work across public, private and community settings. My background includes governance, inclusion, and national standards, which shapes how I think about engagement, wellbeing, and everyday practice.
Some of my work has been shaped by lived experience of disability and long-standing experiences of exclusion and misfitting. This has influenced how I notice patterns between people and the systems they move through, particularly around access, resilience and what helps work feel possible. This is context rather than explanation. My work stands on its own merits, within clear boundaries that enable me to work well and sustainably.
Sometimes Wise marks a shift in how I work. Earlier work sat at a faster pace across advocacy, consultancy, and training. This space allows for a more intentional approach, bringing strands together and making room for reflection.
At its core, my work is about helping people slow things down, notice what is happening, and think more clearly about what helps and what gets in the way.
